At-large volunteers (those without team assignments) can claim open spots starting Thursday at noon.
A video tutorial is available to guide you through the scheduling process.
Division Requirements
6U-8U
Referees work their own child’s games. Each field pair typically has two officials.
10U-12U
Each team provides:
- One Assistant Referee for their game
- One Center Referee for the preceding game on the same field (except first game of the day)
The visiting team from the second-to-last game covers the final game.
14U
Region 13 assigns center referees from experienced officials. Teams provide Assistant Referees for the previous game on their field (or the last game if playing first).
16U-19U
CGI-Sports handles assignments for upper divisions, managed by Area 1C.
Confirmation Process
The Referee Staff confirms pending assignments on Fridays via email notification.
If you cannot make your assigned game:
- First, coordinate with your team’s volunteers
- Then contact the opposing team
- If still unresolved, contact your Division Referee Administrator
Referee Points
The region tracks referee points for accountability. Teams need minimum points to participate in postseason competitions like the Rose City Cup.
