New board members receive:

- Access to shared Google Drives
- EmailOctopus (email marketing platform)
- Website editing tools
- Slack access
- InLeague permissions upgrades
Physical Access
Board members receive:
- Clubhouse access (key and alarm codes)
- Access to equipment storage areas
- Access to referee and coach gear
- Assigned mailbox and storage space
Required Training
Complete through eTrainU:
- Region Board Member course
- Dispute Resolution and Due Process course

Orientation briefings cover:
- Organizational history

Monthly Meetings
Board meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:15 PM on Zoom. All board members are expected to attend.
