Field Host / Tent Volunteer
Field hosts staff the AYSO information tent on game days.
Locations
- Victory Park: Near the playground
- Rose Bowl Area H: Near the blockhouse

Responsibilities
Setup
- Retrieve tent, tables, and chairs from storage
- Prepare the document box with schedules and blank game cards
During Games
- Staff the information station
- Assist visitors with questions
- Direct people to teams using field maps and schedules
- Collect game cards from referees
Breakdown
- Put away all items by 3:30 PM after the final game
Lost Children
The tent serves as a meeting point for lost children and their parents.
Donut Reimbursement
Field hosts may purchase donuts and coffee for volunteers:
- 1 coffee traveler
- 1 dozen donuts
Scan your receipt for monthly reimbursement.
